Luke Boudreault, trumpet

Luke Boudreault, a native of Graham, North Carolina, is an active orchestral and chamber musician as well as a dedicated educator.  Boudreault is the founder and business manager of da Capo Brass.  He holds the positions of principal trumpet with the Salisbury Symphony and the Raleigh Symphony.  Boudreault also performs with the North Carolina, Roanoke (VA), Winston-Salem, Greensboro, and Western Piedmont Symphony Orchestras.  Boudreault regularly serves as a guest clinician in which he leads brass sectionals for high schools, middle schools, and youth orchestras throughout North Carolina.  He maintains a private trumpet studio of students who frequently participate and succeed in local and regional competitions, many of whom go on to pursue music at the collegiate level.  In addition to his performing and teaching schedule, Boudreault is a classical audio engineer, having recorded for events including the Spoleto Festival (SC), Triad Chamber Music Society, and Music for a Great Space.  Boudreault earned his Bachelor of Music degree in Trumpet Performance from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
